She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training. She’s passionate about helping clients feel confident in their coverage by delivering personalized service and genuine care. Jessica’s focus on education and trust ensures every client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their insurance journey.

Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband of 21 years, Jonathan, and their family, traveling, volunteering, and cheering on their daughters in competitive softball and other activities.
